Everything around must grow and develop. The Oki-Toki cloud PBX dealer did not stand aside and received new features, thanks to which it became possible to eliminate the human factor in working with scenarios. Now there will be no situation when the operator forgot to set the "call back the client" status and did not call back. In the settings of the dialer, several options have appeared to confirm the fact of a successful connection.
Compatibility mode – "Auto-verify"
By default, the "auto-acknowledge" mode is used and "acknowledge calls longer" is set to zero. With these settings, the call after the connection is considered successful, and the task is completed. This mode is recommended to be used only with the "autodiler" turned off.
Confirm calls longer, sec
This setting specifies the minimum duration of a successful call. All calls shorter than this parameter are sent to "chime". This is protection against communication problems and forgotten headsets.

The callback interval to the client is indicated if:
- the operator did not acknowledge the successful call.
- didn't complete the script.
- did not select an answer that removes the task from the PD.
Changes to conversation scripts
Pop-up questionnaires have also received updates related to the new features of the dealer. By clicking on the "Actions" button, you will see new call control buttons.
