The White Label concept for cloud services and as a specific case of cloud PBX and call centers is a technological trend that allows maintaining identity by providing client interface and reporting with custom branding. Setting up and using cloud services under your own brand creates a company image of reliable and professional players in the B2B and B2C sphere. However, besides the trend and appearance, White Label can provide additional services. About them and how it works with us, at Oki-Toki, read in this note.
Personalization
Owners of outsourcing contact centers will especially like this part:) A comprehensive approach to personalization makes the service part of your story, your brand. The probability of getting a great project largely depends on the image in the aggressive market. Personalization creates an impression of integrity and thoroughness of approach.

In detail:
- Individual design and interface: every element, from color scheme to button placement, can be adapted to your requirements;
- Component reassembly: we’ll remove unnecessary reports, sections, languages and services from the interface to simplify getting familiar with the interface and speed up work in it;
- Personal domain: for us this is quite an old service, but coupled with other changes, it will definitely play with new colors. This increases customer trust and improves company image.

Corporate Email Integration
We will connect your mail server to the system. This could be done before, but now corporate email will become the default email and will be built into the service. Why? Well, at least for:
- organizing and distributing system and service email mailings (account creation, password reset, telephony issues, etc.) from specific email addresses for order;
- creating work accounts – corporate email always benefits the image;
- security: correspondence with clients and authorization in service systems should be under management control. Accounts with corporate email can provide this.

Own VPN Service
We want to note right away that it’s not for accessing prohibited sites 🙂
On one hand it seems that VPN is not related to White Label, in the traditional understanding that’s true. But here are our arguments in favor:
- VPN will be used for accessing service resources. All others (for example, to Google or Instagram) will be performed via the provider’s regular route. This will give additional privacy when working in the service, and there’s never too much privacy;
- If company agents are scattered around the world, using an intermediate server partially standardizes connection to Agent Workplace and Chat servers;
- You can restrict system connection only from specific IPs, and also create separate VPN accounts for each employee. This is reliable protection even in case of corporate email hack and employee credentials leak;.
What’s needed for implementation
- Ticket – create a ticket, tell us that you want to implement White Label service for your company;
- Questionnaire – technical support employee will give a small questionnaire to fill out. Answering simple questions will help us understand the order more precisely;
- Data collection and TOR – as a result of processing the questionnaire, we will request a list of necessary data. The amount of data will depend on the number of requirements and options;
- Preliminary result review – we submit our work for review. Each implementation element will be checked and accepted separately. You can make corrections to fine-tune the appearance;
- Commissioning and payment – after order acceptance, we will start monthly charging the agreed amount from the company balance;
- Service cost – it will be determined individually, depending on project complexity. The final price needs to be discussed with the ticket responsible person, but we can say right away that it will be noticeably higher than the classic “Personal domain” service of 1 euro per day. In any case, this service is aimed at major players, who will most likely find this cost suitable.
Over time, the concept will be supplemented with additional services, and we invite you to be among the first, with pleasant discounts for first companies.
