For incoming calls
Open the Routing module, Queues tab. Add authorization and specify the username. We allow the use of SIP . 
For outgoing calls
Open the Sec module, Queues tab, assign a user, priority, role and allow outgoing . To assign a personal GSM gateway, you need to open the Routing module, the Suppliers tab, configure the gateway, specify the username.
