Updated storage

We have updated the module for storing and managing record files. Now the files are available immediately after the end of the call. The update brought even more reliability and performance, as well as an optimized connection with CRM & API.

Refactoring of SEC & FIN reports

Reworking and improving the code structure in user reports and financial reports made it possible to upload large amounts of data. Fixed bugs related to time zone translation time translation, as a result of which incorrect data was displayed when unloading a report.

Free Beta Reports Available

Reports! A new approach to the report, which we have been hatching for a long time, which is a squeeze of useful information about the work of the company. Now the reports are in open beta and are completely free, and in the future they will become even more functional and become shareware. Increased the number of channels for voice recognition and synthesis

Now voice recognition and synthesis have become even more convenient!

Custom ringtones when called in the workplace

Added the ability to download a custom ringtone that will sound when you receive a call. The operator can download ringtones (see screenshot). Operator and Supervisor can upload up to 5 personal ringtones, and for users with the role Administrator or another role that has this right, an additional 5 ringtones are available for all employees in the company. Download ringtones in .mp3/.wav format up to 3 MB.
